Founded in 2021
Our Story
QDE started because we were tired of the same problem every VPS customer faces: you pay for 4 GB of RAM, but your server crawls because the host sold that same RAM to five other people. Overselling was the norm. We decided to do it differently.
Hizakura B.V. was founded in the Netherlands in 2021. We started with IP address services — becoming a RIPE NCC member, obtaining our own ASN (AS210429), and offering LIR services including IP brokerage and ASN registration. In 2023, we launched our VPS hosting platform. By late 2024, we rebranded to QDE to reflect our focus on quality, direct, and efficient hosting infrastructure.
Today, QDE serves over 1,800 customers across 50+ countries. We remain a small, focused team of fewer than 10 people — which means every decision we make is deliberate, and every customer matters.

Our Infrastructure
Every QDE VPS runs in a Tier III data center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We chose Amsterdam for one reason: connectivity. The city hosts AMS-IX, one of the world's largest internet exchanges, giving our servers direct peering with major carriers across Europe, North America, and Asia.
Our hardware runs AMD EPYC and Ryzen 7950X processors with pure NVMe SSD storage and 10 Gbps network uplinks. We don't use spinning disks. We don't mix storage tiers. Every plan gets the same fast storage.
