Hizakura has rebranded to QDE. The legal company name remains Hizakura B.V., but the hosting brand, website, and customer portal now use QDE.
The main website is now available at qde.com.
Main changes
- New website domain
- The main website has moved from hizakura.nl to qde.com.
- Visitors to the old domain are redirected to the new site.
- New customer portal
- The customer portal has moved from portal.hizakura.nl to portal.qde.com.
- The new portal uses HostBill and gives customers a cleaner place to manage orders, invoices, and services.
- Other domains
- Other related domains remain unchanged for now.
Move from WHMCS to HostBill
Alongside the rebrand, we moved customer management from WHMCS to HostBill.
This changes the customer portal experience, including how invoices, orders, and account management are handled. Existing services continue to run, but some billing details need attention during the migration.
Migration notes
- PayPal subscriptions
- Existing PayPal subscriptions are canceled as part of the system migration.
- Please pay newly generated invoices through the new portal using PayPal or a credit card.
- Account login
- If you cannot log in to the new customer portal, reset your password at portal.qde.com using your registered email address.
What stays the same
- The legal company name remains Hizakura B.V.
- Bank account details remain the same.
- Existing services and support continue under the QDE brand.
