QDE is built on a simple principle: collect only what's needed to provide the service, store it in the EU, and give customers full control over their data. We operate under Dutch and EU law, with infrastructure exclusively in the Netherlands.
We're not a privacy-marketing company. We're a hosting provider that takes data protection seriously because it's the right way to operate in Europe.
Data Sovereignty
All QDE infrastructure is located in the Netherlands. Your data never leaves the EU, and it's protected by one of the strongest privacy legal frameworks in the world.

Minimal Data Collection
We collect only the bare minimum needed to run your service. No tracking, no profiling, no selling your information to anyone.
Name, billing address, email, and phone number — the minimum needed to provide and support the service.
No server access logs. No traffic logs. We can see VPS bandwidth usage while the service is active — nothing more.
We don't sell data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. Your data exists to provide your service.
We use Plausible Analytics — no cookies, no personal data collection, no cross-site tracking. Fully GDPR compliant by design.
Payment Privacy
Choose how much information you share when you pay. We support cryptocurrency for those who want maximum anonymity, alongside traditional methods.
Pay with Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT, or Monero for anonymous transactions via our self-hosted BTCPay Server.
PayPal and credit card payments require standard billing information for fraud prevention.
Choose the payment method that matches your privacy preferences. Both options are fully supported with no difference in service.
We never share your payment details with third parties for marketing. Transaction data is used only for billing and fraud prevention.
Legal Framework
We operate transparently under Dutch law. All policies are published publicly, and we follow a notice-and-takedown process that respects your rights.
We only process copyright complaints filed under Dutch law. Customers are notified and given time to respond before any action is taken.
Activities illegal under Dutch law are prohibited. Our AUP is published online for full transparency.
We publish our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and GDPR compliance documentation publicly.
A signed DPA is available for all customers, covering our obligations as a data processor under GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Frequently Asked Questions
All data is stored in our Amsterdam data center in the Netherlands. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA. Your VPS, backups, and account data all remain within Dutch jurisdiction.
No. We do not retain server access logs or traffic logs. The only metric visible is VPS bandwidth usage while your service is active. We are a hosting provider, not a monitoring service.
After service expiration, your VPS and associated data are deleted within 7 days. You can only export your data while the service is still active — once it expires, data cannot be recovered.
Yes. Our DPA is available at /documents/dpa.pdf and covers our obligations as a data processor under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). All customers can request a copy.
Yes. You can request a complete export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@qde.com. We process data subject requests in accordance with GDPR requirements.
