We offer two options. BTCPay Server handles direct crypto payments through our own self-hosted infrastructure. Cryptomus provides a third-party checkout experience with broader payment support. Both are available at checkout.

Q: Are there extra fees for crypto payments?

QDE does not add surcharges for crypto payments. Standard network transaction fees (gas fees, mining fees) apply as with any crypto transaction, but those are set by the blockchain — not by us.

Q: Can I pay for recurring services with crypto?

Yes. You can pay invoices with crypto each billing cycle. Crypto payments work for both new orders and renewals through the customer portal.

Q: What happens after I send a crypto payment?

Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your service is activated or renewed automatically. Confirmation times depend on the cryptocurrency and network conditions.
