High Performance VPS Infrastructure
Fast storage, responsive compute, and reliable day-to-day performance.
VPS performance comes down to three things: how fast the storage is, how much RAM you actually get, and whether the network can keep up. We don't oversell RAM or storage, and we keep CPU host density low.
QDE runs AMD EPYC and Ryzen 7950X processors with pure NVMe storage and 10 Gbps network uplinks in Amsterdam. RAM and storage are guaranteed and never oversold. CPU is shared but host density is kept low. Plans start at €3.95/month. See what this means for website hosting, databases, or development environments.
Pure NVMe Storage
Storage speed affects everything from page loads to database queries to build times. Every QDE plan runs on pure NVMe SSDs — no mixed storage tiers, no spinning disks, no SATA bottlenecks.
Every plan runs on NVMe storage — no spinning disks, no SATA SSDs, no mixed tiers. NVMe delivers lower latency and higher throughput than SATA SSDs for both random and sequential I/O.
Database performance depends on storage speed more than almost anything else. NVMe reduces query latency for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB — especially under concurrent load.
Nextcloud file syncing, Git repository operations, Docker image pulls, and build artifact caching all benefit from NVMe read/write speeds. I/O-heavy workflows run noticeably faster.
Page load times depend on how fast your server reads assets, queries databases, and renders content. NVMe keeps your websites and web apps responsive under real traffic.
Responsive Compute
RAM and storage on your plan are guaranteed — never oversold. CPU cores are shared, but we keep host density low so your VPS gets consistent processor time without competing against overloaded hardware.
Enterprise-class processors with high core density and strong multi-threaded performance. Ideal for databases, application servers, and workloads that run multiple concurrent processes.
High clock speeds and strong single-threaded performance. A good fit for development environments, game servers, and workloads where per-core speed matters more than core count.
RAM and storage are never oversold. CPU cores are shared but we keep tenant density low — your VPS isn't competing with dozens of others for processor time.
10 Gbps Network
Your VPS connects to a 10 Gbps port in Amsterdam with direct peering at AMS-IX — one of the world's largest internet exchanges. Low latency across Europe, fast routes to North America and Asia.
Every VPS connects to a shared 10 Gbps port. File transfers, API responses, streaming, and replication run without artificial throttling within your bandwidth allocation — actual throughput varies with routing and load.
Amsterdam Internet Exchange is one of the world's largest. Direct peering with major carriers means your traffic takes the shortest path — lower latency, fewer hops, faster responses.
Bandwidth allocations that handle real workloads. No surprise overage charges — if you hit your limit, port speed drops to 1 Mbps until the next month.
Every VPS gets a dedicated IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 subnet. Dual-stack networking is included — no extra fees for basic connectivity.
KVM Isolation
Every QDE VPS runs on full KVM hardware virtualization with its own kernel, dedicated RAM, and guaranteed storage. Your performance isn't affected by what other tenants are doing on the same host.
KVM gives each VPS a real Linux kernel. Load kernel modules like WireGuard, tune sysctl parameters, and run Docker natively — no container-on-container limitations.
RAM listed in your plan is dedicated to your VPS. It's never shared, never oversold, and always available — even during peak hours on the host.
Your NVMe storage allocation is fully reserved. We don't overcommit disk space, so I/O performance stays consistent regardless of host utilization.
Track CPU, RAM, disk I/O, and bandwidth usage from the control panel. Know exactly how your VPS is performing at any time.
Built for Real Workloads
Performance matters most when your workload is demanding. Here's how QDE's infrastructure translates to real-world results across common VPS use cases.
Websites & Web Apps
NVMe storage and guaranteed RAM keep your WordPress, Next.js, Laravel, or custom web application responsive under real traffic — not just during benchmarks.
Databases
MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB all benefit from fast storage I/O and dedicated RAM. Query performance stays consistent regardless of time of day.
Self-Hosted Applications
Run Nextcloud, Matrix, Gitea, Vaultwarden, and other self-hosted software on infrastructure where your apps don't compete with other tenants for resources.
Development & CI/CD
Build times, test execution, and Docker operations are all I/O and CPU dependent. Dedicated resources mean your dev workflows run at consistent speed.
VPN & Proxy Servers
WireGuard runs as a kernel module on KVM — native performance, no userspace overhead. Dedicated bandwidth means your VPN connection isn't contended.
Game Servers
Low-latency networking and high per-core clock speeds keep tick rates stable. Your game server's performance doesn't degrade when the host is busy.
Consistent Performance, Day After Day
Performance isn't just about peak speed — it's about consistency. Your VPS should perform the same at 3 PM on a Tuesday as it does at 3 AM on a Sunday.
99.9% Uptime SLA
Redundant systems and proactive monitoring keep your VPS online. Performance and availability go hand in hand.
Daily Backups Included
Automatic daily backups at no extra cost. Restore from the control panel if something goes wrong — no performance penalty during backup windows.
KVM Isolation
Full hardware virtualization means your VPS has its own kernel and dedicated resources. Other tenants on the same host can't affect your performance.
24/7 Network Monitoring
We monitor the network around the clock. Connectivity and performance issues get caught and resolved before they affect your workloads.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our plans run on AMD EPYC and AMD Ryzen 7950X processors. The Ryzen Mini and Ryzen Elite plans use Ryzen 7950X cores, while Bronze through Diamond plans use AMD EPYC.
All plans use pure NVMe SSDs. No spinning disks, no SATA SSDs, no mixed storage tiers. Every read and write operation benefits from NVMe speeds.
RAM and storage are never oversold — what's listed in your plan is what you get. CPU cores are shared (as with most VPS providers), but we keep host density low to ensure consistent performance. We don't cram dozens of VPS instances onto overloaded hardware.
All plans include a 10 Gbps uplink with monthly bandwidth allocations ranging from 4 TB (Ryzen Mini) to 32 TB (Diamond). Network speed is not throttled within your allocation.
KVM gives you your own kernel, which means you can tune kernel parameters, load modules like WireGuard natively, and run Docker without container-on-container limitations. For workloads that benefit from kernel-level control, KVM offers more consistent performance.
